What small files Pinnakle OS stores in your browser, and why.

1.The short version

We use only strictly necessary cookies: the ones that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept; this notice is your information.

2.What we set

PurposeWhat it holdsHow long
Sign-in sessionA signed token that says who you are and which workspace you are in. HttpOnly, so scripts on the page cannot read it. Without it you would have to sign in on every page.Until you sign out, or up to 30 days (your workspace owner can set 1 to 90)
Preview asOnly for workspace admins who press “Preview” to see the app as a teammate sees it.4 hours

3.Local storage

Your browser’s local storage keeps small things on your own device: your light/dark choice, a form draft you have not sent yet (so closing the tab loses nothing), and interface choices such as a collapsed section. It is never sent to advertisers and you can clear it any time from your browser settings.

4.Third parties

If you choose “Sign in with Google”, Google sets its own cookies on its own page under its own policy. Our payment partner, Razorpay, sets cookies on its checkout page, which you reach only when you pay. We add no other third-party cookies.

5.Your control

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you block the essential ones, sign-in will not work. Questions: pinnaklemedia@gmail.com. More on how we handle data is in the Privacy policy.
