Your workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and see everything, but nothing new can be added until the owner picks a plan. Nothing is deleted; your data is kept for at least 30 days.

Razorpay retries automatically and we let the owner know. If every retry fails, the workspace keeps working for 7 more days, then turns read-only until the card is updated. Nothing is ever deleted for a failed payment.
